本協會名稱為中國文化辦公設備制造行業協會（簡稱“中國文辦協會”），英文名稱:CHINA
CULTURE ＆ OFFICE EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATION ，英文縮寫：CCOEA。
中國文化辦公設備制造行業協會是以文化辦公設備制造企業為主體，包括從事文化辦公設備科研、教育、服務等有關的設計院所、大專院校、公司和企業自愿組成,是不受部門、地區和所有制限制的全國性社會團體。本協會于1990年經民政部批準10月成立，具有社會團體法人資格2019年12月在北京召開了第七屆會員代表大會選舉產生了第七屆理事會和理事會主要負責人，現有團體會員200多家。
中國文化辦公設備制造行業協會屬登記管理機關民政部和業務主管單位國務院國有資產監督管理委員會領導，中國機械工業聯合會代管。
根據國家統計局《國民經濟行業分類》（GB/T4754-2017），文化、辦公用機械制造業包括下列六小類：電影機械制造，幻燈及投影設備制造，照相機及器材制造，復印和膠印設備制造，計算器及貨幣專用設備制造和其他文化、辦公用機械制造，是消費類與裝備類產品兼有的行業。
協會宗旨：遵守憲法、法律、法規和國家政策，遵守道德風尚；努力為會員、用戶、政府服務，及時反映會員的愿望和要求，維護會員合法權益；協助政府做好行業管理工作，促進全行業的健康發展，充分發揮在政府部門和企業之間的橋梁和紐帶作用。
本協會在北京、天津、杭州、秦皇島設有復印設備與器材、照相機械與器材、電影電教設備分會和辦公耗材及配件專業委員會等四個分支機構，協會秘書處為協會常設辦事機構，下設：辦公室、信息工作部、行業工作部、科技工作部、展覽辦公室、標準化工作委員會。
本協會竭誠歡迎海內外熱心發展文化辦公設備行業的各國人士、各國文化辦公設備制造企業、經銷代理商和有關團體與我們建立聯系。協會愿為加強國內外各企業在生產、技術、貿易等方面的交流與合作提供各項服務。
Brief Introduction to China Culture & Office Equipment Association (CCOEA)
China Culture & Office Equipment Association (CCOEA) is voluntarily formed as main body by manufacturers of culture and office equipment consisting of relevant design institutes, universities and colleges, companies and enterprises engaged in scientific research, education and service of culture and office equipment. The Association is a national social entity whose members are not restricted to department, region and ownership. It was founded with approval of Ministry of Civil Affairs in October 1990 as a social organization with legal entity and at present it has more than 200 group members. CCOEA has its principal officials, which held the 7th Congress of the members in Beijing in December 2019 to elect the director of the council and Principal person in charge of the council.
Entrusted by SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council), CCOEA is under jurisdiction of CMIF (China Machinery Industry Federation).
According to the national classification standard of industrial and agricultural products（GB/T4754-2017）, the culture and office equipment manufacturing industry includes equipment of motion picture machinery, audio-visual education equipment, photographic machinery and material, photocopying machinery and material, microfilm machinery and material, accounting and drafting machinery, typing and mimeo graphic machinery and other culture and office machinery.
Abiding by constitution, laws, regulations, and policies, CCOEA's aims are as follows: committing itself to providing service to members, customs and government, reporting on wishes and needs of members, protecting lawful rights and interests of members; assisting government in industrial management, promoting healthy development of the industry, fully playing its role as a bridge and linkage between government and enterprises.
CCOEA has 4 Sub-Associations as Consumptive Material and Fittings for Office Equipment Professional Commission in Tianjin, Photo-Copying Equipment & Material Sub-Association in Tianjin, Photographic Machinery & Material Sub-Association in Hangzhou, Motion Picture & Audio-Visual Education Equipment Sub-Association in Qinhuangdao. CCOEA's Secretariat is a Standing Organ composed of General Office, Information Dept., Industrial Affairs Dept., Exhibition office. Science & Technology Dept., Consumptive Material & Fittings for Office Equipment Commission and Standardization Commission.
We sincerely welcome individuals who are interested in the industry, manufacturers, sales agents and relevant organizations worldwide to establish business contacts with us. CCOEA is willing to provide services in strengthening exchanges and cooperation among domestic and foreign firms in aspects of production, technology and trade.

中國文化辦公設備制造行業協會承擔的主要工作
|
根據國家有關法律法規和國務院有關部門的規定，本協會具有調查研究、提出建議、行業自律、信息引導、咨詢服務、國際交流等基本職能。
按國務院相關部門規定和委托，根據協會章程，主要承擔以下工作：
1.開展行業發展情況的調查研究，向政府提出有關經濟技術政策方面的意見和建議；
2.經政府部門同意和授權進行行業統計、收集、分析、發布行業信息；
3.創辦刊物，辦好行業網站，開展咨詢服務；
4.組織人才、技術、職業培訓；
5.舉辦國內外展銷會、展覽會；
6.經政府部門同意，參與質量管理與監督工作；
7.組織科技成果鑒定和推廣應用；
8.制定并監督執行行規行約，規范行業行為，維護公平競爭;
9.開展國內外經濟技術交流活動，組織與國際對口行業組織、企業的交往與合作；
10.參與制定行業規劃，對行業內重大的技術改造、技術引進，投資與開發項目進行前期工作；
11.參與制定、修訂國家標準和行業標準，以及有關管理工作；
12.參與名牌產品評定有關工作；
13.參與相關產品市場的建設，協助政府建立正常的市場秩序，維護會員和消費者的合法權利；
14.推進行業和社會公益事業；
15.承擔政府部門委托的其他任務等。

CCOEA’S Main Scope of Business
|
Following relevant laws and regulations as well as rules of the State Council, the main scope of the business for CCOEA are: investigating and researching, proposing suggestion, organization and coordinating, independent management of the trade, information guidance, consultation, international exchanges.
Entrusted by relevant department of the State Council and under management of China Machinery Industry Federation, CCOEA is to carry out its work as bellow:
1.To make investigation and research on development of the trade, present to government opinions and suggestions regarding economy, technology and policies;
2.Authorized by government to make statistics, to collect, analyze and release above information;
3.To operate publication and website, provide consultancy;
4.To organize training courses on talents, technology and occupation;
5.To organize fairs and exhibitions domestic and aboard;
6.With approval of government, to participate in quality management and supervision;
7.To provide appraisal of new products and disseminate them;
8.To draft trade’s norms and rules, supervise execution of above norms, standardize trade’s acts, maintain fair competition, report on members’ needs, coordinate members’ relationship, protect members’ lawful rights and interests;
9.To carry out economic and technical exchanges domestic and aboard, organize cooperation with international counterparts;
10.Authorized and entrusted by government, to participate in drafting trades plan, to initiate pre-feasibility study on trade’s important and large scale projects for technical upgrading, technology import, investment and development;
11.To participate in drafting, amending national and industrial standards, supervise and manage execution of such standards;
12.To participate in evaluation of the well-known brand of the industry;
13.To participate in market construction of related products, assist government in setting up market order, protect members’ and customers’ lawful rights;
14.To develop trade’s and social course of the public good;
15.To carry on other tasks entrusted by government.
